These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DailyBulls mobile application and related services (“DailyBulls”, “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) About DailyBulls
DailyBulls provides educational and informational content related to technical analysis. The App does not provide financial or investment advice.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to legally use the App in your location. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
3) Your Account (Google Login)
- DailyBulls may offer Google Login to save your progress and bookmarks.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access.
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
4) Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the App.
You must not:
- Misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where allowed by law)
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through the App
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the App or its content without permission
5) Educational Content Only
All content in the App is provided for education and information. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Your decisions are your responsibility.
6) Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to DailyBulls (dailybulls.in) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content outside the App without permission.
7) Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Google Login. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8) Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or error-free.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyBulls (dailybulls.in) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
12) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
